I believe in slow, intentional work. Quick fixes exist. But the ones that stay with you come from somewhere deeper.
In our sessions there is no pressure to perform or have it figured out. There is only space to feel, to speak, to land back in yourself.
I bring warmth, groundedness, and a very practical eye. We tend to the energetic and we also look at what is actually happening in your life. Both matter. Both are welcome here.

A session where talking and feeling happen in the same space. We follow what comes up, sometimes that is a conversation, sometimes it goes deeper into the body and the energy beneath the words.

We always start with a single session, a chance to experience how I work and to feel whether this is right for you. No pressure, no commitment. From there, if you want to continue, we look at what makes sense. That might be a package of 5 or 10 sessions, or anything else that suits your journey.
It might be purely energetic work.
Or, if you are also building or running a business, we can weave the two together, balancing healing sessions with practical, strategic ones where we actually work things out.
